Interior Health is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a permanent basis in Kelowna, British Columbia, at the Outreach Urban Health Centre. This unique and rewarding position will involve providing comprehensive primary care with attachments, including individuals with mental health (MH) and substance use (SU) disorders. Additionally, the successful candidate will care for individuals who are unattached to a primary care provider. This role includes an on‑call service.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver longitudinal, patient‑centered care to this specialized population.
