*Description*
The Nuvance Health Medical Practice (NHMP) Division of Neurosciences is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established and successful Neurology practice located in the new Multispecialty center in Kingston, NY.
*Job Highlights*:
* Provide neurological care to patients with physician collaboration and mentoring
* Assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients by means of interview, health history, physical examination and diagnostic studies
* Manage an independent panel of patients
* Relay appropriate information regarding patient care to the physician
* Utilize Cerner EMR to document patient information
* Interact with clinical and administrative staff for optimal patient care
* Position is outpatient with rounding at Northern Dutchess Hospital
* Monday-Friday schedule (8am-4:30pm)
*Qualifications:*
* Master of Science in Nursing
* NYS Nurse Practitioner License
* Neurology experience required
