Overview

Molex is seeking an NPI Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the Connectivity and Optoelectronics business. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products, from development through to full-scale production. You will also be accountable for the project's financial performance (P&L) and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers.
