Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our global FACTS New Product Introduction (NPI) team. The position will be based in Tampere, Finland. Grid Solutions delivers mainly high‑power (>100 MVAr) Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) as Static Synchronous Compensators (STATCOM) and Static Var Compensators (SVC), Fixed Series Capacitors (FSC) and Synchronous Condensers (SC) to control power system voltage and reactive power flow, improve stability, enable renewable integration, and advance sustainable power systems.

In this role you will lead the NPI control application and system design team, act as the technical lead, and manage NPI and New Technology Introduction (NTI) projects focused on power‑electronic SVC and STATCOM solutions. You will report to the global FACTS NPI Program Leader and oversee resource planning, cost‑optimization, and project execution on time and on budget.
