**Job Description Summary**
As New Product & Technology Introduction (NPI & NTI) Leader for the Rivalta Plant, you will act as a key interface between Engineering, Supply Chain and customer-facing teams, with a strong focus on product and manufacturing readiness, flawless execution and on-time delivery. In this role, you will directly impact the team’s ability to achieve its service, quality and timeliness targets, in line with company commercial policies.
You will have autonomy to pursue commercial objectives within defined budgets and operational guidelines, including a moderate degree of freedom to enter into and execute commercial arrangements. Strong commercial judgment will be essential to secure the outcomes required by the business.
