TSR Legal is excited to be working with a highly successful regional firm in their search for a Corporate Solicitor with 3-4 years’ PQE to join their growing team in Cardiff.

This Corporate Solicitor opportunity is offered on a full-time permanent basis with flexible hybrid working options accommodated. Excellent salary commensurate with experience.

The Role

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, buy-ins and buyouts, takeovers, joint ventures and investments.
• Act for national clients including corporates, private equity institutions and management teams.

About You

• 3-4years’ PQE
• A strong academic background.
