Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard new agents with tailored business plans
• Provide sales consultations and marketing strategies
• Help agents identify operational improvement opportunities
• Ensure process execution through follow-up consultations
• Lead the development of a thriving agency portfolio
Requirements:
• Strong background in outbound sales and insurance
• Must be willing to obtain an OTL license
• Proven skills in coaching and team building
