ChristianaCare is looking for APC Applicants (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants) who have been licensed less than 18 months to join our innovative and customized 12 month APC Fellowship in Neurocognitive Care. The selected candidate will be given the opportunity to obtain expertise in the treatment of patients with complex neurocognitive and neuropsychiatric disorders (such as Alzheimer's disease, vascular, frontotemporal, Lewy Body dementia, Parkinson's disease, mild cognitive impairment).
Based at ChristianaCare' s Swank Memory Center, fellows will engage in an immersive learning environment, alongside a multidisciplinary care team that includes geriatric medicine, geriatric psychiatry, neurology, nursing, and social work. Experts in sleep medicine, neuroradiology, pharmacology, and genetics provide additional training and supervision.
