Overview This role reports to the Manager and is responsible for the design, delivery, and lifecycle management of enterprise‑class IMT services that support Government of Alberta’s critical operations. The position provides technical analysis, implementation, operational support, and service ownership across on‑premises and cloud environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and high‑performing network and infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

Service Ownership & Technical Leadership: act as SME and service owner for enterprise network services, overseeing full lifecycle delivery, operations, and continuous improvement.
