Job Description:
We are a busy Kentville family looking for a warm, reliable, trustworthy, and experienced part-time nanny to care for our three children (infant, toddler, and 5-year-old) and help keep our home running smoothly. We are looking for someone to start in September. Core hours are weekday mornings from 7:00 am to approximately 12:00–1:... pm, plus one weekend day per week. Occasional evenings, overnights, and additional weekend coverage will also be needed from time to time.
Please note: we have two cats in the home — applicants must be comfortable around cats.
Childcare responsibilities include:
Active care and supervision of an infant, toddler, and 5-year-old
Swim supervision
Driving children to and from daycare (valid driver's licence required)
Household responsibilities include:
Kitchen clean-up, kids' room tidy, and living room/play space tidy
Vacuuming high-traffic areas
Laundry — washing, drying, folding, and putting away
