Typical Day

You create exceptional customer experiences from the moment a client enters the store until the sale is completed. You welcome customers, conduct pre‑tests, refer them to the optometrist, and after the examination recommend the best lenses, contact lenses, and fashionable frames that match the optometrist’s prescription.

When the purchase is made you place customised orders in our system, hand over finished products, ensure a perfect fit, and provide guidance on product use.
