Review the spa’s website before the visit to understand available services and booking options.Make a telephone enquiry and booking for a standard facial treatment or massage (up to 60 minutes).Arrive at the spa early and observe the waiting area and reception environment.During the visit, allow staff to assess your needs and recommend treatments, rather than requesting a specific service immediately.Discreetly identify the staff members involved in the experience (via name badges or by politely asking their names).Observe service quality, professionalism, and overall guest experience throughout the visit.Take clear photos during the visit where appropriate.Keep the receipt for reimbursement.
