Position Description. Relocation opportunity: Yes – International hires welcome. The Service Desk Analyst provides Level 1 technical support to user inquiries received via phone or email and ensures tickets are updated with complete logs and activities. The role supports multiple Retail accounts and is based in CGI Philippine Global Delivery Center (Taguig City, Philippines).
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Handle first line incidents, including triage and troubleshooting, provide resolution where possible, and escalate to 2nd/3rd line support teams or third parties as required.
- Support Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management.
