Old Money Capital manages multiple Apartments.

The job is to assist our Director of Asset Management with different tasks such as:

• Bookkeeping for multifamily properties
• Coordination with tenants and maintenance requests
• Dealing with various utility companies in the U.S.
• Dealing with real‑estate investors and drafting communication for them
• Using various software such as DoorLoop, InvestNext, Mailchimp, AWS cloud, etc.

Proficiency in Gmail, Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs and English is required.

Pay: $30,****** - $35,****** per month
