Senior Claims Examiner – responsible for handling, evaluating, reserving and resolving multi‑line claims, primarily focusing on commercial property claims (subscription policies) within the Temple Claims department.ResponsibilitiesConfirmation and interpretation of coverage under applicable insurance contracts including identifying coverage issues, protecting Temple's rights and resolution of coverage issues.Ensure all correspondence is completed in a timely and effective manner including the creation of Critical Path Letters, Proof of Losses, and Reservation of Rights letters, etc.Ensure claims are investigated, managed and assessed promptly and professionally including determination of potential and ultimate loss exposures, probable ultimate cost reserving, and managing claims to an appropriate conclusion.Develop, analyze and maintain claim information to ensure reserves are maintained at appropriate levels and adverse exposure developments are recognized and acted upon in a timely m...
