We're looking for a Scalehouse Attendant in Mount Forest, ON to manage customer interactions at a WM Facility. Your role will focus on payments, safety checks, and customer service.
In this position, you will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM. As a Scalehouse Attendant, you will greet customers, calculate fees accurately, and ensure that all waste loads are acceptable. Additionally, you will complete administrative duties and uphold safety and maintenance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers effectively
• Calculate payments for waste disposal accurately
• Inspect incoming garbage for hazardous materials
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness of the Scale House facility
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED needed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in basic office tasks
• Attend hosted training sessions
