Collect, integrate, and classify various Manufacturing issues and feedback from each Tooling site. Support mold related manufacturing development, process improvement and tech capability enhancement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support data collection and analysis, establish mold manufacturing standards.
· Support mold manufacturing and process development& improvement.
· Support new tech test of Mold manufacturing.
· Support fixture development and improvement.
· Support the analysis, development and improvement of standard clamping fixture for Auto Measuring System.
· Support mold manufacturing system data's collection, analysis and process established.
· Support the development and improvement of Mold Automation.
· Support new mold tech test and establish related tools and system.
