We are a family of 4 members, 2 children, mom and I, we work full time from home so what we expect is someone humble and cautious we can trust in, friendly and careful with the kids, to help the eldest one with his homework and if possible give them something to eat meanwhile we finish our daily job. Sometimes we need this person to pick them up at school and bring them safely to home and stay with them for a while until we finish our jobs. Sometimes we just need someone to stay at home without picking them up at school. Kids are kind and not mischievous, they are easy to entertain just need someone beside to watch over and they do understand English, speaking not that much but they study and like the language very much.
