As a Modernization Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for proactively targeting modernization opportunities outside the current customer base.
Responsibilities
Customer relationship management:
Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility.
Be accountable for developing KONE's position in the customer base or market area.
Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team (e.g., cross‐selling).
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints with the KONE team.
Document customer and contact information and maintain customer data.
Sell:
Proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base.
Be accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
Identify customer needs and ensure KONE's solution matches those needs.
