• Collaborate with the Activation team to secure effective knowledge sharing and coordination.
• Report KPIs and measurable results for continuous improvement.
• Promptly reply to and support customers, maintaining timely and quality service.
• Apply proven knowledge of IT networking and customer management.

Qualifications
