Enhance member services and community relationships as the Associate Director at Miles Nadal JCC, located in downtown Toronto. This role focuses on strategic leadership and exceptional customer support.
In this full-time, onsite position, you will oversee the Membership and Community Experience teams, working to achieve optimal operational outcomes. Position responsibilities include improving member acquisition strategies, facilitating interdepartmental teamwork, and ensuring high-quality front-desk service. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong business and engagement skills.
