Purpose : Contributes to the overall success of the MIS - Central Support Services team in the Client Experience Center (CEC) – GBS DR & COL. Responsible for supporting the CEC reports and developing advanced analytics initiatives to achieve optimized processes and, therefore, boost regional and local strategies for the CEC.
The Specialist must have experience in using large datasets, data‑mining methods, statistics, and programming to develop solutions for the CEC and keep internal clients informed about their performance KPIs. The role requires analytical skills and attention to detail, integrating the use of data‑mining tools and predictive analytics to provide high‑value information on CEC performance and promote a high‑performance culture.
