AFTERNOON SHIFT (straight shift) - 2:00pm to 10:00pm OR NIGHT SHIFT (straight shift) - 10:00pm to 6:00amOversee maintenance of production equipment with a continuous improvement mindsetPlan and schedule maintenance duties to reduce downtimeEnsuring equipment reliability and continuously improving maintenance processesOversee maintenance and repair of all equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure optimal operationHandle repairs, installations, and upgrades in compliance with safety regulationsAdvise plant management of any major equipment problemsDevelop and execute PM schedules to minimize downtime and prolong equipment life
