Our Senior or Mid-level Attorney (role depending on specific infrastructure and EPC experience) will hold a mid-level position within the Legal Department, a part of the Commercial and Legal Vice-presidency, assisting in the leveraging of external consultants, client and subcontractor relations. They will be in charge of high-level contract drafting and review, actively participate in negotiations to represent our interests, and will be tasked with the operational execution of the strategic planning delivered by the area's leadership. Their main scope of work will be Contract Management, spanning all contractual commercial relations (excluding Labour Law). This position is fully on-site, and we do not accommodate remote or hybrid work.
