**A $5,000 one-time sign-on bonus is available to external candidates only in exchange for a two (2) year employment commitment.**

I. JOB SUMMARY:
• Plans, directs, and manages the administration and maintenance of functions/activities of the hospital accounting function.
• Implements, monitors and coordinates accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data and internal control procedures to safeguard the assets of The Queen’s Health Systems and affiliates.
• Designs accounting systems to meet goals of management and regulatory requirements.
