Responsibilities
Data Quality (Pre-post trade services - CIB): E2E circuit monitoring for the calculation of metrics, performing completeness and integrity analysis of information, as well as monitoring and review of the calculated figures.
Daily status report, after reviews and analysis performed.
Follow-up of technological and operational incidents of the E2E process and proposal of action plans.
Coordination of teams involved in incident management until resolution, as well as reprocess management.
Ad-hoc call for the follow-up and resolution of incidents with the teams involved.
Parameterization or configuration of risk systems.
Participation in projects and initiatives, as well as proposals for improvements in the circuit.
Respond to user requests and queries and resolve system issues.
