Position Summary
The Import and Export Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing all international trade operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing logistics, and fostering relationships with suppliers and clients.
This role is crucial for facilitating the movement of goods across borders and enhancing the company's global presence.
Responsibilities
Foreign Trade Audits
IMMEX Control and Management and VAT Certification (Annex 24 and Annex 30)
Fixed Asset Management
Control and management of digital foreign trade file
Contact with customs agencies and carriers
Handling Incoterms
Knowledge of special operations (regime changes, virtual operations and regulations).
Qualifications
Education: University degree.
Academic background: Bachelor's degree in International Business, or similar.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar position.
Experience in Annex 24 and Annex 30
