Job Description
To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for an Meta Ads Specialist (m/d/f).
Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Management: Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple EU markets.
- Creative Directing: Brief and collaborate with the creative team/creators to produce social-native content that converts.
- Testing Roadmap: Design and execute a rigorous creative and incrementality testing framework for hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Ensure smooth operation of the channel: own tracking, data health, account hygiene
- Owning the Numbers: Take full accountability for the KPIs, proactively reallocate budget to capture growth and reduce inefficiency
