We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team working on cutting-edge projects within the data centre sector. Key Responsibilities:

Subcontractor Management:
Managing the full lifecycle of subcontract packages, from initial procurement to final account settlement. This includes developing tender documents, analysing bids, negotiating with subcontractors, and administering contracts.

Cost Control & Reporting:
Preparing and submitting accurate monthly cost reports, including forecasting final project costs in collaboration with the site team.

Stakeholder Engagement:
