Endeavor Health Services is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our Safe Options Support (SOS) Team, delivering Critical Time Intervention (CTI) to individuals experiencing street homelessness.

This is not a traditional clinic role. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary outreach team, engaging individuals in the community and supporting them through the critical transition from homelessness to stable housing-ensuring they build the supports needed to remain housed long-term.
