What you do
Acquire and onboard new retail and business members through proactive conversations.
Uncover members' needs and identify sales opportunities through Financial Health Checks.
Recommend and deliver everyday banking, lending, and investment solutions.
Manage small accounts and build a strong sales pipeline through referrals and follow‑up.
Support front‑line and omni‑channel interactions while contributing to a collaborative Advice Centre.
What you bring
1–3 years of experience in financial services or a sales environment.
Exposure to lending and investment products and needs‑based selling.
Mutual Funds licensed or willingness to obtain within six months.
Strong communication skills, financial curiosity, and comfort with technology.
Grade 12 (or equivalent); post‑secondary education in Business or Marketing is an asset.
