Location: St Austell, Cornwall

Salary: £37,002.70 – £39,459.80 DOE, plus a Chargehand payment of £3,156.05

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 3.30pm (40 hours per week)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Reporting to: Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical / Multiskilled Engineering Chargehand to join the maintenance team at Trebal Refinery. This is a hands‑on leadership role, supporting the delivery of safe and effective maintenance across fixed plant and associated systems on site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and carry out planned preventative, routine and reactive maintenance across processing fixed plant
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and instrumentation faults
