Location: Winnipeg Status: Full Time, on site. Reports to: Plant Manager

The Maintenance Manager – Mechanical Operations ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of all production, packaging, and facility equipment. This hands‑on leadership role combines team management with direct mechanical work to maximize equipment uptime, reduce downtime, and support production targets. Ideal candidates bring extensive mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience, along with the ability to lead a maintenance team while actively contributing on the floor.
