Job Summary
( Purpose & General Characteristics )
Is responsible for maintaining the equipment & performing preventive improvements.
( Representative Activities )
Provide maintenance service and maintain existing instrumentation related equipment including environmental control equipment as well as the test equipment
Work in shop floor and field to adjust and calibrate devices, repair and replace damaged parts
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, calibration, and repairing equipment, to detect and prevent problems
Examine and troubleshoot equipment to diagnose source of problems, offer solutions, perform repairs, replace broken or defective parts, and make necessary adjustments for operation
Work according to work orders to detect equipment problems
Follow safety rules and permits ,and interact with production operators to insure safety operations
