Effective ordering, receiving, inspections, storage, and preparation and handling of meats and/or fish and seafood and supplies.Maintaining and ensure compliance with Humboldt co-op standards and government food and sanitation health and safety standards.General housekeeping duties to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, and clean, including sharpening equipment and monitoring refrigeration temperature within all food safety standards and guidelines.Be responsible for providing information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers.Other duties as assigned.Who you are:
