As the main contact for executive communications and building logistics, you'll facilitate interactions among staff, vendors, and partners. In this full-time role, you will manage the Executive Director’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and oversee project documentation. Flexibility is key, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
