The Role

As a Model-Based Systems Engineer, you will apply established MBSE methodologies to projects spanning the full product lifecycle—from development and manufacturing to deployment and phase-out. Working within a specialized competence group, you will deliver high-quality system and subsystem models, ensuring they meet user and business requirements while managing complexity. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and architects, contribute to the continuous improvement of Systems Engineering practices, and support the deployment of MBSE capabilities across the organization. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining SysML-based models (structure, behavior, requirements, parametric) with traceability


• Ensuring model quality through conventions, validation, and reviews
