Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Logistics Manager – Materials Marketing to manage the marketing and sales of recyclable materials produced from our material recovery facilities (MRFs) in Canada and Michigan as well as the procurement of recyclable materials from municipal or industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. The ideal candidate brings exceptional business acumen and ethics, experience in the recycling industry and is very hands‑on.

Position Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize the value of our commodities and increase market share.
• Develop and implement strategies to enable steady and stable movement of recyclable materials from our MRFs.
• Identify new markets and customers for our recyclable materials.
• Develop, grow and maintain relationships with suppliers, end‑markets and brokers in the recycling market.
