**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Develop and lead a comprehensive enterprise data strategy aligned to long‑term business goals.
+ Design, evaluate, and develop master data management workflows in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders, to ensure scalable, efficient processes.
+ Establish and guide function-based data stewards to strengthen governance and consistent data practices.
+ Define, monitor, and improve the quality and completeness of master and transactional data, reporting on adherence and exceptions.
+ Lead and mentor high‑performing data management teams to ensure strong delivery and capability growth.
