Marketing Tech Solutions Partner reports to the VP, Marketing Technology Solutions. Primary responsibilities include managing all customer initiatives, focusing on customer account management within the marketing technology solutions space.
Responsibilities
- Review operator documentation with Sales, verify contract deliverables, and translate to product delivery plans.
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close new product delivery and addition projects at client sites.
- Schedule product delivery, including resource requirements, allocation, and responsibilities.
- Own overall relationships with assigned clients to increase adoption, expand use cases, and ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain successful customer relationships and communications through meetings, presentations, and teleconferences.
