Marketing Operations Specialist – Rockwell Automation
Responsibilities
- Support the commercial organization in the execution of go‑to‑market digital processes and campaigns.
- Build daily tasks, support campaigns, and operational programs.
- Ensure data integrity of source systems to support GTM activity by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene.
- Work with the operations team to support incoming cases, ongoing process changes, and system builds.
- Benchmark and monitor campaign tracking and performance across prospect and customer lifecycles, including MQLs, SQOs and velocity.
- Collaborate with marketing operations, data and architecture teams on data hygiene, system stability, enrichment and enhancements.
- Follow through with the marketing team, ensuring delivery of projects on time and meeting deadlines using project management solutions (ClickUp, Salesforce Work Manager).
