A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their consumer team.

To lead the marketing strategy and execution for the company's OTC and Front Shop portfolio, driving brand growth, market share, and profitability across the natural healthcare and complementary medicines categories. The Marketing Manager will manage and develop a team of Brand Managers and Brand Assistants, ensuring excellence in brand planning, campaign delivery, and trade marketing across retail pharmacy and FMCG channels.

Strategy & Brand Management

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and brand strategies for the OTC and Front Shop portfolio


• Drive portfolio growth through innovation, new product development, line extensions, and brand repositioning where required


• Manage brand P&Ls, marketing budgets, and ROI on all marketing spend


• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis (IQVIA, Nielsen, or similar ...
