Responsibilities

• Work with the Manager of Marketing & Communications to implement a new brand and website
• Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies aligned with the SHRAs objectives and the Government of Saskatchewans Health Human Resources Action Plan
• Prepare an annual organization-wide communications plan and create a comprehensive annual event marketing plan to support recruitment and retention goals
• Develop consistent messaging for Saskatchewan healthcare recruitment through collaboration with internal teams, healthcare stakeholders and external vendors
• Support the Recruitment and Retention team with the planning of events and career fairs and the development of marketing and communication materials
• Coordinate and produce digital campaigns across web, social media, email and advertising platforms
