**Description:**
+ Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to achieve business goals.
+ Manage online sales initiatives to increase direct bookings, optimize customer journeys, and drive revenue.
+ Plan and manage paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
+ Analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and regular reports
+ Manage content creation, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to showcase the hotel’s unique experiences.
+ Oversee annual online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
+ Assist Director of Marketing Communication and PR and collaborate with Sales and F&B teams to align campaigns with promotions and key events.
**Qualifications:**
