Insight Global is seeking a Paid Media specialist who can execute and optimize digital campaigns while providing strategic insight and stakeholder leadership for a large financial institution. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on Paid Media experience with the ability to influence strategy, collaborate cross‑functionally, and elevate campaign performance beyond execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Paid Media campaigns (strategy, setup, optimization, reporting)
• Manage and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social across the funnel
• Define KPIs, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights
• Partner with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors
• Act as primary Paid Media contact for assigned lines of business
• Provide strategic recommendations aligned to business goals
