About the Role

The Market Development AI Specialist leads the design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven digital solutions across CBMM’s commercial and market development frontline in the various segments of the company (steel and non-steel related). The role translates growth priorities into measurable initiatives that improve lead generation, conversion, efficiency, and value capture. Acts as product owner and cross-functional orchestrator, ensuring governance, adoption, and consistent results through strong analytics, program leadership, and executive communication.

Main Responsabilities:
