• Manage the productivity actions
• Lead the team to reduce scrap
• Focus on standard work adherence
• Manage Investments (Capex) for improvements
• Problem solving 100% of the time focused on safety, reducing quality issues and scrap, and delivering productivity.

What Is Required

• Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Production engineer, or correlated areas
• MBA is a differential
• Availability to travel to attend technical meetings and to work on shifts if needed to solve problems
• English (Advanced level)
