**Descripción y Requisitos**
**Main roles and responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and validate Projects and Process improvement required by OPS, QA, CM focus on Efficiency.
- Develop of plans to increase efficiency for projects execution including closure of projects and process improvement.
- Define and implement manufacturing process or adding infrastructure for better performance based on product.
**Requirements**:
- Engineering in Manufacturing Process or equivalent (PM certification is a plus)
- Experience in PE, ME IE Process E.
- Management, preferably in SMT, Mechanical, Electronic Manufactory industry
- Green and black belt
- Lean Tools
- Engineering change flow process/ Manufacturing process flow.
- Knowledge of Productivity and Efficiency (Operations)
- Software: vision, project, office, SAP
- English advanced
