Position Details
Key Responsibilities - Manage engineering changes from concept through release to Production, coordinating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Materials, EHS, Finance, and Engineering.
- Administer and track systems related to engineering changes (PLM, QAD, Prolink, and customer portals).
- Maintain overall control of engineering changes (quotation, in-process, implemented, and canceled).
- Develop block diagrams, project layouts, and process documentation.
- Support achievement of production KPIs such as OEE, scrap, and production rates.
- Lead and follow up on Poka-Yoke, Red Rabbits, and PFMEA activities.
- Analyze process flow, line balancing, equipment layout, and ergonomics.
- Support problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
