Managing Director – Technology

We are seeking a Managing Director to work with investment professionals and lead direct investments in the Technology sector with a focus on Software, emerging AI and digitization themes.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal teams comprising analysts, associates, principals and support consultants while working under the Senior Managing Director.
• Evaluate new investments, conduct industry and company due diligence, build sophisticated financial models, arrange debt financing, negotiate legal documents, and formulate value creation plans.
• Prepare written recommendations and present findings to the Senior Managing Director.
• Remain involved post‑transaction to implement value‑enhancing initiatives with investment partners and management teams.
• Serve on boards or sub‑committees and play an active role in origination, creating a “right to win” and unique value‑creation levers.
